Step by Step Juice recipe

Ingredients
  • watermelon cubes 3 cup
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp black row salt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2-3 mint leaves
  • 3-4 ice cubes(optional)




STEP BY STEP RECIPE
  • first, cut the watermelon and remove the seeds of the watermelon and takeout the pulp of the watermelon and remove the green part in the watermelon only we need red part of the watermelon for juice
  • then we cut watermelon in small cubes so it will nicely grind in the mixer jar or juicer
  • we can use white seeds for the juice but remove all black seeds in the watermelon
  • then Pour the watermelon in the mixer grinder jar
  • put sugar, black row salt, and mint leaves nicely grind for 1 minute 
  • then put the lemon and again grind nicely grind for 1 minute.
  • now watermelon juice is ready to serve to pour in the glass and serve chilled watermelon juice
TIPS
  • If you want to preserve this watermelon juice so pour 1/2 tsp vinegar
  • for chilled watermelon juice keep the watermelon cubes in the fridge for 15 minutes.
