Ingredient Require
- 100 grams of Spinach / Palak
- Black Salt (as per the taste)
- 1/2 spn Black Pepper
- 1 spn Ghee/Butter
- Milk (Optional)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cumin seeds
- 1 chopped onion.
- 1 Tomato
- Carrot(optional)
How to Make Spinach Soup
- Take spinach in plat and wash properly remove all dirt
- After then cut spinach leaves very well.
- keep the Kadai in gas low flam.
- stir the ghee/butter into the Kadai
- Put the cumin seeds in the Kadai after that put chopped onion cook until its brown colour.
- put the tomato black pepper and black salt cook well
- then add the spinach in Kadai.
- cook very well until spinach /palak, not wilt.
- then put 1 cup water in the Kadai mix it well spinach and water.
- wait for 1 and 2 boils.
- Then turn off the flame and keep it cool mixture for 10 to 15 minutes.
- with the help of a mixer grinder make the very thick puree.
- now Soup is ready to enjoy turn the Soup in a bowl or glass and enjoy the healthy and instant making recipe at home.
- for making soup extra healthy you can also add in soup beetroot or carrot
Tips:-
- Always choose fresh Spinach leaves for Soup.
- Don't cook too much for extra benefits.
- Try to pour homemade ingredients.
- Wash properly remove all dust and bacteria.
in this recipe, I try to cover all ingredients which are easily available in common area also it is good for health I am using Black Pepper which is good for our body and brain its helps to control the cholesterol level. Black salt reduces the acidity problem Tomato good source of vitamin. Ghee also helps for reducing the weight loss and also good for glowing skin
