Methi paratha is the most famous in Gujarat It is very tasty Everyone loves the methi paratha mostly it is served with curd most people serve methi paratha with mango chutney personally my family loves methi paratha with butter/desi ghee methi paratha it is breakfast and we can say we can eat this in lunch and dinner also we can also make this paratha for travel or picnic Gujarati people also called this Dhebra this is most famous breakfast in Gujarat this methi paratha usually eat hot with chai today I am sharing with you easy and simple recipe which is loved by everyone. it is a very healthy and delicious breakfast mostly this is made in winter because of methi easily available in the market if you want to eat Methi Paratha all season you can dry methi in sunlight and you can store the methi leaves methi Paratha is made through the wheat flour and gram flour so lets gets start a quick healthy recipe. If you are new in cooking so please follow step by step process of this recipe without skipping in steps.

- Methi Leaves 200 gram
- Garlic
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1 tsp black salt
- 1 green chili
- gram flour 100 gram
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cumin seeds powder
- carrom seeds
- ghee/ oil
- water

Preparation of dough
- methi leaves wash properly and finely chopped.
- Take wheat flour in a plate add chopped methi leaves, salt, gram flour and mix it well.
- After that add chopped green chilli, chopped onion, Cumin seeds powder, black pepper mix well.
- Add water and make a soft dough.
- soak for 5 minutes cover the dough with a soft cotton cloth
- after 5 minutes knead the dough again
- divide the dough into 2 parts and make small balls
- turn on the flam put a Tawa on gas keep a medium flam
- take one dough small balls and roll with the help of roller we make paratha like chapati
- pour in the Tawa cook paratha very well both sides add ghee/ oil into both side cook until its golden spots in the paratha
- now methi paratha is ready to serve to keep out paratha in a serving plate
- and enjoy hot paratha with curd or chutney.
- Please cut methi leaves very fine. otherwise, paratha will be crake.
- make green chili or garlic paste for better taste.
- Roast the cumin seeds for better taste and make powder
- if u want methi paratha for travel put some oil in the dough you can easily store paratha for 2 or 3 days.
