It is very tasty Dish, Everyone loves this recipe it's the spongy dish serve with Chutney and green chilli. in Gujarat Dhokla very famous Breakfast or as a snack in western part also in Madhya Pradesh In this recipe main Ingredients is Gram flour

Today I am sharing with you a very quick and easy recipe of Dhokla Everyone Can easily cook at home if you are a beginner so  please follow all steps which mention in below

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups Chickpea flour(Besan)
  • 2 cups of water
  • Turmeric
  • Lemon Juice 1tsp
  • Baking Soda 1/2 tsp
  • Baking Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves

Tempering

  • Oil 2 tsp 
  • Curry leaves 5 to 6
  • Green Chilli 2 
  • Sugar 2tsp
  • Lemon Juice 1tsp
  • Water 1 cup
  • Mustard Seeds

Step by Step Process of making  Khaman Dhokla Recipe

  • First, take Gram Flour in a bowl and add salt, turmeric and sugar
  • Then Whisk for 5 to 7 minutes make a batter smoothy mix it well  so that there is are no lump on a batter
  • keep batter rest for 25 minutes for a smooth consistency
  • Then after 25minutes later check the batter and again whisk if in the batter require water so add 2 tsp water and whisk very well 
  • Then add Baking Powder and Baking Soda you can also use ENO if you don't have Baking Soda or Baking Powder.
  • Mix well 
  • Greased  one container using Oil or Ghee Transfer All batter on it
  • Turn on the flam keep the pan on it add water for support keep one small bowl and keep the batter container on the pan steam for 20 minutes.
  • Then check Through the toothpick Dhokla is ready or not if it is not ready to keep on the pan for the 5 minutes 

                         


      Tempering Process Step by Step

      • Turn on the flam keep the pan on  it and add 2 tsp oil 
      • Pour Mustard seeds, Curry Leaves, and green chillis on the pan
      • Pour Water and Sugar mix and boil the water for 10 minutes then add lemon juice and mix well now tempering Ready 
      • Turn of the Flam
      • Pour the Tempering in Dhokla And add Coriander leaves now dhokla is ready for Serve Enjoy with Chutney.
                                                      
                                                  

      Tips

      • do not make a batter to much thick
      • Greece the Container before a  transfer the Batter in container
      • Use Baking powder or ENO immediately.
