INGREDIENTS
- 2 cup wheat flour.
- 1 tsp Salt.
- 1 tsp Sugar.
- 1 cup buttermilk/curd.
- 1/2 tsp baking soda.
- 5/6 cloves Chopped Garlic
- 1/2 tsp baking powder / you can also use ENO.
- Coriander leaves (finely chopped).
- water (as per needed)
- butter/ Ghee.
How To Make Tawa Naan Step By Step.
- Take out wheat flour in a plat, add baking soda and baking powder to it, you can also use ENO if there is no baking soda.
- In wheat flour put salt, sugar, yoghurt/buttermilk, and mix it well to form a soft dough.
- wheat flour dough covers it to the soft cotton towel or any cotton cloth take it to rest for the 1 and 1/2 hours.
- check dough is puffy knead the dough for 5minute.
- Take big flour ball and roll like a roti keep Naan 1 inch thick.
- In naan put some coriander leaves and chopped garlic.
- Put a Tawa in stove heat for 5 minutes once it is hot, place the naan into the Tawa sprinkle some water drops in the edges of naan cook for the 30minutes on the flame.
- when in naan you will find the bubbles flip into the other side.cook until you can see dark brown spot in the Naan.
- remove naan when crispiness comes in the naan
- put some ghee/butter and enjoy with chole or curry.
