Step by Step Recipe of Sev Pratha
Ingredients
- 100-gram Indori Sev
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 green chilli
- Coriander leaves
- 1/2 spn Salt
- 1/2 Red chilli powder
- 1 spn Amchur
- 1 spn chat masala (optional)
- 2 bowl wheat flour
- Oil/Ghee/Butter(anyone)
1. Take 2 bowl wheat flour in a plat and make a soft dough
cover this dough with the help of soft cotton cloth for 5 to 7 minutes.
2. Take other plate prepare filling for paratha add Indori sev,
green chilli, salt, amchur powder, chat masala, onion, coriander leaves, and mix well
3. Take the dough and divide it into two parts to make a small ball.
4. Now make a small chapati and fill the stuffed in the chapati like this.
5. Again make it like a ball like this.
6. make a rounded shape paratha rolling this dough like we make normal paratha.
7. turn on the Gas and put the pan in gas when a pan is a hot put the Sev Paratha in the pan.
8.cook paratha very well both sides put butter /ghee/oil and again cook until its golden brown.
9. Now paratha is ready to keep out paratha into the pan and take in paratha in serving plat and enjoy with chutney or curd.

- Make soft dough for Paratha
- finely chopped the onion do not cut too much big otherwise paratha will be crake.
