Besan chilla recipe with step by step:-
Ingredient Required:-
- 1 cup besan
- 1 Tomato chopped
- 1 Onion Chopped
- salt as needed
- 1 Green chilli
- 1/2 tablespoon turmeric
- 1 handful coriander leaves
- 2/3 to 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoon oil or ghee
Preparation for chilla
1. add besan, turmeric, salt everything at a mixing bowl. Mixing everything well.
2. add tomato, onion, green chilli, coriander leaves Pour enough water as per needed and make a better too thick but pourable consistency.
How to make besan chilla
- Heat a pan grease its lightly with few drops of oil.
- Allow it to turn hot and reduce the flame to medium
- Take a ladle of batter and pour it in the centre. Quickly Spread it to around make chilla.
- put some oil around the chilla edges and the centre.
- Cook until the edges leave the pan.
- Flip into the other side the same process applies to the other side.
- Fry until the chilla is cooked well and gets brown spots
- Serve besan chilla with chutney or tea.
