Besan chilla recipe with step by step:-

Ingredient Required:-


  • 1 cup besan
  • 1 Tomato chopped
  • 1 Onion Chopped
  • salt as needed
  • 1 Green chilli
  • 1/2 tablespoon turmeric
  • 1 handful coriander leaves
  • 2/3 to 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoon oil or ghee 
                                How To Make The Recipe        
 Preparation for chilla   
1. add besan, turmeric, salt everything at a mixing bowl. Mixing everything well.     
2. add tomato, onion, green chilli, coriander leaves Pour enough water as per needed and make a better too thick but pourable consistency.          

 How to make besan chilla



  •  Heat a pan grease its lightly with few drops of oil.
  •  Allow it to turn hot and reduce the flame to medium
  •  Take a ladle of batter and pour it in the centre. Quickly Spread it to around make chilla.
  •   put some oil around the chilla edges and the centre.
  •   Cook until the edges leave the pan.
  •   Flip into the other side the same process applies to the other side.
  •   Fry until the chilla is cooked well and gets brown spots
  •   Serve besan chilla with chutney or tea.
